Pro-inflammatory cytokines regulation through Ikaros

GenomEast is co-authors of a multi-omics study (RNA, ATAC, CHIPseq) that elucidates the role of the Ikaros repressor in the regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines that, when overexpressed, lead to tissue damage in autoimmune diseases. With these findings, Ikaros could be considered as a biomarker of the autoimmune response in patients with Covid-19.
