WheatOMICS

The WheatOMICS project aims at harnessing the latest NGS technologies to unravel the genomic-transcriptomic-epigenomic variations (DNA-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-Seq, BS-seq) driving phenotypic response to biotic and abiotic constraints on five genotypes highlly strategicfor the research groups of the GDEC Unit to deliver new knowledge as key regulators to improve current wheat pre-breeding scheme for key agronomical traits.
